Sarasota Livin'

I have been spending most weekends in North Florida -- it is very different in a small town up there. I enjoy the hard work on our "vacation home" -- (my family doesn't see it as a vacation when we go up there) and for anyone that cares we have passed the milestone of gutting and are now rebuilding !!!

I have been meaning to take some local color pictures from near White Springs... as they say Florida is the state South of the South.. well North of Gainesville is more part of Georgia than Florida ... anyone driving North on I-75 will see this giant rebel flag just north of the I-10 exit... it is at the big truck produce exchange in White Springs ....

Perhaps the Brady Campaign will see this blog post .... hey people ... this billboard (on the South bound lane of I-75 at White Springs) is seen as "a good thing" in North Florida ..
